Pc don't boot after a restart

Hello everyone! I have a 78003xd with b650 gaming plus wifi and a be quiet power 12 psu. Some times afte i restart my pc the light in mobo stuck in orange and it doesn't boot up. I need to manually power off pc and start it again. This happens ONLY after a restart and no in a normal start

Could you please confirm if the orange indicator light you mentioned refers to the Q-LED that indicates an issue with the CPU or RAM during startup?
We recommend referring to the [Motherboard] ASUS motherboard troubleshooting via Q-LED indicators guide, as well as the TUF GAMING B650-PLUS WIFI user manual, to check if all hardware components are properly installed. This includes checking for bent CPU pins, any dirt on the RAM contacts, and ensuring the power connections are correct.
Additionally, please confirm if there is a need for a BIOS update, and try clearing CMOS before checking again.

May I ask if you have follow the troubleshooting suggestions mentioned above?
If possible, we recommend cross-testing with another GPU or PCIe slot to further rule out potential hardware issues.
