So I purchased a board and registered it with an invoice from a partner vendor and the MB warranty shows as expired. I went through update the warranty status link - no change / no feedback. Contacted support via portal - no response. What's going on?

Since you just purchased, may I ask if you have attempted to reach out to the retailer to confirm the warranty?
