ASUS Announcement Regarding Expertbook B3302(B5302) and B5402 TouchPad Issue

We hereby notify you of the important matters regarding your rights:

We have discovered during the repair process in rare instances the laptop’s touchpad balance bar may detach due to abnormal external forces. The affected models are B3302(B5302) and B5402. After implementing a reinforcement plan, we have proven that it can greatly enhance resistance to abnormal external forces.  As from today, we will provide a comprehensive reinforcement plan and offer free health checks for B3302(B5302) and B5402 devices. For those who schedule and complete the machine reinforcement of the service commencement will have their machine warranty extended by six months. For devices with expired warranties, the extension will begin from the date of the completion of the device reinforcement.
