my patriot viper rams is not synced with Asus Aura

I Have a Asus Prime B760-PLUS D4 with Intel Core I5 12th 12400F and 4 pieces of rams

- 2X8GB patriot viper DDR4 Steel RGB - PVSR416G320C6K

- 2X16GB KINGSTON Fury DDR4 RGB - KF432C16BBA/16

The Issue is the Kingston rams is synced perfectly with Asus Aura but the patriot viper rams are not synced at all.

Note: I also synced my Thermaltake AIO Cooler and 2 ARGB Fans to the Asus Aura and they are working fine as you will see in my image

Upon verification, it has been determined that only the KF432C16BBA/16 from your two memory sets is listed in PRIME B760-PLUS D4's QVL.
Also, please make sure that all memory modules are from the same validated memory kit. Avoid using DIMMs from different memory kits.
And follow the installation recommendations in the user manual for memory slot configuration.

We recommend you refer to the instructions in [Motherboard] How to query (CPU/memory) QVL List? and also check the "purchasing and installation guide" under the "Memory" section on the official website of the PRIME B760-PLUS D4's support page.
