Hello, @Doydadon

May I ask if the blue screen, crashes, and the inability to boot happened after any changes were made? For example, updating the BIOS or connecting an external device
Have you attempted to clear the CMOS to reboot?
Regarding the Q-LED indicators, we recommend referring to the troubleshooting steps outlined in the "[Motherboard] ASUS motherboard troubleshooting via Q-LED indicators" guide for problem resolution.
Please also consult the guidance provided in "[Motherboard] Troubleshooting - No Power/No Boot/No Display" for further troubleshooting.

Thank you.

No changes were made please

Please I was advised to acquire in the qvl list of my motherboard but unfortunately I've searched all around but there's no site to buy. The only model I found was G-skill F4-4000C18D-64GTRS but I found this (F4-4000C18D-64GTZR) https://www.newegg.ca/g-skill-64gb-288-pin-ddr4-sdram/p/N82E16820374049 the only difference is GTRS and GTZR

Hello, @Doydadon

May I ask what caused the failure to boot following the blue screen?
Regarding the QVL, ASUS has verified all devices listed on the QVL for the best stability and compatibility with the motherboard.
In your situation, we recommend initially installing a single memory module in the DIMM_A2 slot to check for any improvements.
Meanwhile, if the guidance provided in the FAQs doesn't assist in resolving the issue, we would suggest cross-testing with alternative hardware or considering sending the unit for further diagnostics to identify potential problems.

Thank you.
