GPU compatibility

I have the following motherboard:

ASUS TUF B360-PRO GAMING (WI-FI)

I just bought a new GPU:

ASUS GeForce RTX 3060 Ti 8GB DUAL OC V2 Graphics Card

Are these compatible? Because I have already gotten a new PSU and changed the CMOS battery. The GPU switches on and fans spin, but no signal on HDMI. Cables work because I tested on the motherboard's HDMI port and I get display. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello, @Abdullahelagha

Due to the ongoing local holidays in our area, my response time may experience delays.
I apologize for any inconvenience the delayed replies may have caused.
According to the specifications of the TUF B360-PRO GAMING (WI-FI), it has two PCIe 3.0x16 slots, while the Dual GeForce RTX™ 3060 Ti V2 OC Edition has a bus standard of PCIe 4.0.
Could you confirm your current BIOS version?
If you haven't updated to the latest version 3101, please consider updating and clearing CMOS before rechecking again.
Did the issue of no display occur after changing the GPU, and does the Q-LED indicator light for VGA on when there is no display?
If you switch back to the previous GPU or cross-test via a DP cable, another HDMI cable, or a different PCIe slot, can it help eliminate the problem?

Thank you.
