According to the specifications of the TUF GAMING B550-PLUS, the PCIe 4.0 x16 supports x16 mode, and the PCIe 3.0 x16 supports x4 mode. Additionally, the PCIe 3.0 x16 slot shares bandwidth with other PCIe 3.0 x1 slots.
If you install two GPUs, the one in the PCIe 3.0 x16 slot may experience a reduction in speed.
