Could you please provide the specific model of your current A10 CPU?
From which BIOS version did you update to 5603, and what issues did you encounter that prevented the update from completing?
If there was a large version gap in your BIOS update, we recommend updating in smaller increments until you reach version 5603 or above.
Please also refer to the BIOS_Update_E-Manual (English) to ensure that all update steps are followed correctly.
