Can´t get into the BIOS of an Asus X670-P because it is not recognizing my keyboard input.

I build an new PC but i cant get into the BIOS after the first Boot. It recognized the F1 I needed to press but after that when it prompts me to press delete or F2 it doesnt open the BIOS. I have already done a BIOS Flashback and I already reseated my RAM and GPU. It also gives out a signal to the monitor and the keyboard only sometimes / only once after I reseat my RAM / sometimes also random.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800x3d
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 2x32 gb DDR5 5600MHz
Storage: Samsung 990 Evo
GPU: Geforce RTX 2070 Super

Hello, @Blatscher 

May I inquire if your keyboard is connected via Bluetooth?
If so, please note that the BIOS setup program does not support Bluetooth devices.

If not, could you please specify which port it is connected to and whether you have tried testing it on other ports or with another keyboard?
