can not raid 0

so i have a asus prime b550 plus ac-hes and currently for the past couple of hours ive been trying to raid0, after a while i finally got to where i am now and am stuck in a road block when i create my array and select raid level my only options are volume and raidable, how do i manage to get to raid0?

If you currently need to create a RAID configuration rather than setting it up after the OS installation, please choose [Volume] under the "Select RAID level" option and proceed with the configuration.
