Based on your description, the inability to boot into the system and being restricted to accessing only the BIOS may indicate a malfunction with the system disk or hard drive.
Have you attempted removing all SSDs and HDDs and cross-testing with other system disks?
Regarding removing the system, could you confirm if there is an option for "Secure Erase" under BIOS > Advanced mode menu > Tool page?
Secure Erase completely and safely cleans your SSD, restoring it to factory performance levels.
