my mother board shows it has power but doesn’t want to boot anymore. can someone give me ideas on why

Based on the images you provided, the indicator lights and the Q-LED indicator light colors seem to be different when experiencing the power-on issue.
Could you please specify what software or hardware changes occurred before the power-on problem and provide the complete model name of the motherboard?
