Hello @Barbaros

Thank you for reaching out ot us.
The settings in the BIOS may vary depending on the motherboard model, BIOS version, or the hardware that has been detected.

May I ask if you were able to adjust the XMP profile or Ai Tweaker Tuner settings with the previously installed memory module on the same BIOS version?
Please help confirm if the current BIOS version is 1602, the part number of the current installed memory, and whether it is listed on the PRIME B460M-K’s memory QVL.
Additionally, please share screenshots of the settings from the BIOS main page and the Ai Tweaker path to help us better understand the settings.

Thank you.

Hello @Jiaszzz_ASUS

Thank you for your answer.

My bios version is the latest of my motherboard. i downloaded it via asus website and i installed it correctly.
The Bios version is 1620
i was using DDR4 Dram with 2400mhz frequency and it was working fine. i mean it was reaching 2400mhz without xmp

the new ones are 3200mhz but its working 2666mhz and i cant find the " ai tweaker tuner " under "ai tweaker" tab on my bios settings.

when i change it manually the screen remain black & nothing happens & cant even access the bios again.
do i need the version 1602 instead of 1620 as you mentionned?

Hello @Barbaros

Thank you for the prompt reply and sharing the images.
Due to variations in BIOS settings depending on the version or installed hardware, the available options may differ.
And as the screenshot you provided shows, it's possible that the newly installed memory does not support overclocking settings, which is why the option is missing.
If you've followed the steps in [Motherboard] How to optimize the Memory performance by setting XMP, EXPO, or DOCP in BIOS? but are still unable to complete the setup, we recommend cross-testing with other RAM modules listed on the QVL.
Additionally, according to the PRIME B460M-K QVL, the Vendors_Team category does not support memory specifications of 3200 MHz with two 16GB modules in a single set:

Please refer to the "purchasing and installation guide" on the same page and the [Motherboard] How to query (CPU/memory) QVL List? for guidence.

Thank you.
