Hello, I have a ZenScreen Touch MB16AMT monitor and I'm using it with an HP Zbook Fury 16 G9.
The ZenScreen is draining its battery after just 1 hour, even though I've set it to charge from the device. When I connect the screen to the PC, I get the message: "The USB device needs more power than the system provides."

Hi @razvanbitere ,
To better assist you with this issue, we would like to confirm the following:
- Original cable: Are you using the original cable that came with the display? Non-original cables may not meet the display's specifications and may cause charging issues.
- Other port testing: Have you tried connecting the display to other USB-C ports on your computer? Different ports may have different power outputs, which may affect charging.
- Driver updates: We recommend that you check and update the display's drivers. Outdated drivers can cause charging malfunctions.
- Usage time and history: How long have you been using this display? Did it charge normally before? Have you made any system or software updates recently?
Thank you.
