Connexting a latop to a monitor

Hi guys. So I want to buy a monitor to game on and i think I found the best one for me but I am not really sure if my laptop will support it . The monitor that I want to buy is an Asus VG27AQ 2k 27” and the laptop that i have is 

Laptop ASUS Gaming 15.6" TUF F15 FX507ZM, FHD 144Hz, Procesor Intel® Core ™M 17-12700H (24M Cache, up to 4.70 GHz), 16GB DDR5, 1TB SSD, GeForce RTX 3060 6GB .   
Also I can only connect them with hdmi . So what do you think is this a good choice for my laptop ?

it's important to consider whether your laptop's specifications and HDMI connection can fully support the monitor's capabilities.

For Asus VG27AQ, supports 2K resolution at a higher refresh rate of 165Hz. Selective graphics cards/GPUs can support 165Hz graphics source output (DP port).
