based on your issue, it is suggest that you can reset the screen to default settings.
You can use the monitor control panel to set the monitor back to the original factory defaults.
Please press the Menu or 5-Way button on the back of the monitor to activate the setting menu.

And make sure that the graphic driver is at the latest version.
