The loyalty points expiration system is in my opinion aberrant, you earn points on purchases, which will be extremely difficult to spend on interesting items, and you lose these same points if you were unable to spend them at your convenience.
Let me take my example, I earn 2500 points when purchasing a laptop, I am regularly connected (+-1/day) but the only choice that I have constantly had for 1 year is screensavers without real interest. Free games are impossible to get, always "sold out", result of the races after 1 year I just lost 2500 points!
Why give loyalty points, if it is to take them back, without giving a person the possibility of spending them as his convinience, wouldn't it be more logic and responsable to let those earned points on the profile.
Fortunately the equipment is great, although after 2 years the power plug is showing some weaknesses!
