Resolved! Implement 6GHz band support for Zenfone 9/ROG Phone 6

Despite specifying 6Ghz is supported in the product marketing, both the Zenfone 9 and ROG Phone 6 appear to be unable to see 6GHz band access points. It seems as though the engineers forgot to implement support for this.

Add LC3 and LC3plus Bluetooth codecs

Add option to turn off DIRAC EQ

The DIRAC EQ on ROG Phone 6 and Zenfone 9 appear to modify audio which is not always appreciated by audiophiles. Please give us an off switch. Thanks.
