good day everyone. Last week, I had a very serious problem with my product as seen in the video. They told me to send it to the service in my country and I did.  I was told that there was no problem with my product and that it passed the benchmark tests without any problems. However, there is a problem as you see in the video. Nobody, including Asus, could help and I don't have money to buy a new graphics card. What do you think I should do?

To help us pinpoint the problem, please provide the following information:

  1. Monitor model: What is the model of the monitor you are currently using?
  2. Connection method: Are you directly connecting the monitor to the graphics card, or are you connecting it through an adapter or other device? If you are using an adapter, please tell us the model.
  3. Testing with other devices: Have you tried connecting the monitor to other devices (such as laptops, other computers) to see if the flickering problem still occurs?
  4. Cable testing: We suggest that you try replacing the display cable to see if it can improve the problem.
  5. Product information: Please provide your monitor's product serial number and repair order number via PM box so that we can check the relevant repair records.

In addition to the above information, please also describe the screen flickering situation, such as:

  • How frequent is the flickering?
  • What changes in the screen display when flickering?
  • Does the flickering change depending on the displayed content?
