ZenFone Max Plus (M2) - Max Capacity problem in android 9

i bought an asus zenfone max plus m2, but in android 8 the apps ampere and aida64 says that the max capacity battery is 4000mah. After upgrade to android 9 the max capacity change to 2000mah. Does anyone else have the same problem?
