I have a zenbook ux431FA laptop. The keyboard backlight is not working. I have the newest drivers installed, however the backlight f7 is not working. I have checked the ribbon cable for a loose connection, and it was fine. There was a Windows 10 64x update recently that I'm wondering may have caused it. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
