Problem with Features

I am not able to use app press and hold features like uninstall, app info . It works for sometime if i restart , and after sometime problems comes again.
Please help me with that.
I have tried all the troubleshooting, i think its bug...

Click on Moderator name and you can see "Message" option on top right of Moderator profile.
