Hi everyone,
I’ve been facing a frustrating issue with my ASUS Zenfone that I’m hoping someone here might be able to help with. When I use the built-in camera app to take photos, everything works fine, but the problem arises when I try to edit and save these photos. Here’s what’s happening:
1. Edit Not Saving Properly: After making edits (like adjusting brightness, contrast, or applying filters) and hitting "save," the edited version doesn’t appear in my gallery. Instead, it either shows the original photo or doesn’t save at all.
2. Error Message: Occasionally, I’ll get an error message saying, “Unable to save photo. Please try again.” This happens even when I have ample storage space on my device and SD card.
3. Photo Duplication Issue: When I try editing the same photo multiple times, sometimes it duplicates the photo without actually applying any changes.
I’ve already tried:
- Clearing cache and data for the camera app
- Rebooting the phone
- Ensuring that I’m using the latest firmware and software updates
Has anyone else encountered this problem or know a workaround? Is it possible that another app (like a third-party photo editor) might be interfering with the saving process? I’d appreciate any tips or suggestions on how to fix this – editing photos is a big part of what I use my phone for, and this has become quite a hassle 🥰.
Thanks so much for any help you can provide!
