Asus 5z camera issue

I am facing a problem with my camera since last mint.The main camera is not taking clear image's at all,only if I switch my phones camera on wide angle mode then only I am able to click clear image.
Please provide me with solution.

Hi, kindly follow the below steps:

1. Check your phone for latest software version

2. Go to Camera settings & try changing focus mode

3. Clear cache & storage of Camera App after backing up & disable/re-enable camera App

4. Try the same under safe mode:

Hold the power button for 5 seconds => When the screen flashes with option => Press & hold power option => You will get an option to restart in safe mode

5. If still you face the issue factory reset your phone after taking a full backup.

Even after trying this quoted troubleshootings your issue is not solved than please take your device to nearest service centre and get your problem fixed as it may be hardware problem where OIS motor mechanism may be faulty or malfunctioning

Same problem occurs in my 5Z as well... Seems like model get outdated... Take some action asus... In this pandemic we are going to support you here in India to boycott Chinese phones. Plz fix all issues asap... Thanks...

Same problem after receiving latest update.
Even I also did factory reset but nothing happens.
I have became frustrated because of this.

I am also facing this camera issue. The camera is not able to focus distant objects even I tried manual focussing but no improvement. I have tried clearing the storage and the cache for the app and resetting my phone. All in vain. So many people are facing the same issue at the same time I don't think this is any hardware issue. Also when I am on call having earphones plugged in the screen doesn't turn off even after pressing the power button. People at Asus please fix these asap. First you people didn't provide the native video calling feature and now this. Highly disappointed 😖
