Apps crashing and google play services keeps stops working..

In Asus Zenfone Max pro m2.My all the apps are crashing and google play services stops working.. I update my Android 10 beta update and my apps started to crash then I downgrade it to Android 9 stable version but this issue now comes in Android 9 stable version too.. please help me  out I tried every troubleshooting method mentioned in Google. But nothing works out . I unintsall updates of google play services and clear data of google but same issue.. I also flashed Android 8 Asus  fastboot file but same issue #zenfonemaxprom2
