Pc shuts down while trying to update bios

Hello. I bought a pc full off Asus components Rog 4090 - amd 7590X3D - proart x670E - gskill 96gb 6400mhz - rog ryujin 3.

I am doing everything right. I set to default settings in bios. Set boot mode to Uefi. Usb format fat32. Starting renamer. Then move it to usb. Plugging usb to bios port and going to EZ mode. I click yes yes then pc shuts down. Cannot update bios. Anyone faced it and can you help please

Check the external drive connected to the PC.  Try to format the drive and using the flashback tool could I update the BIOS.
