I cannot register my NUC computers because your registration page is faulty.
When I enter the correct serial number, an entry field for ythe Check Number flashes up and then disappears so I cannot enter the check number.
When I submit the registration without the check number I get a "token error".

I couldn't get it to work on Chrome or Edge in normal or incognito mode.
I was able to register through MyASUS and have sent an email to have the purchase date updated

Same seems like a site issue. Trying different browsers might get through it.
