Audio delay with JBL tune 770nc headphones

Hello everyone!

I bought this headphone, and on my cellphone worked with no problems. But when i use them on my laptop (Asus zenbook 14 ux3402) there is an audio delay when watching video (either netflix, vlc, youtube)... Not so much when i work (i have videocalls all day long, so at least i didn't notice more audio delay that what happens normally, and not on every VC).

I tried different things i found in different places:

-video mode (toggleling it from my cellphone's jbl app)

-reseting the headphones

-instaling the newest drivers from intel webpage

-trying de-selecting the "enhance audio" from windows sound configuration..

-different other configuration ajusments i don't remember now....

-Tried them on my wife's laptop (Asus zenbook 14 ux425ea), also with delay, only i didn't play arround to try to fix it...

I previously used other bluetooth earplugs with both laptops without this issue.

Anyone has any way of fixing this?

If you are experiencing the same issue when pairing the same Bluetooth device with different computers, we recommend that you contact the Bluetooth device manufacturer to check for any other troubleshooting methods.
Alternatively, you can consider connecting your laptop to other Bluetooth devices to see if the same issue occurs.
