Right Ctrl on my keyboard doesn't work as intended

Not too long ago I got my hands on the TUF Gaming K3 Gen II keyboard but the right Ctrl had identical functionality to the left control, as in when I held the right Ctrl, it was the exact same thing as if I was holding the left Ctrl, and because of that I was unable to type certain characters. So I returned it, got a new one today and it's the exact same issue. Is this normal for these keyboards? Can I reprogram it in Armoury Crate? I tried to but couldn't make it work.

So turns out I'm just really stupid bc I thought the Ctrl key was right Alt all this time and it just didn't occur to me since the right Alt is missing on this keyboard. I reprogrammed it in Armoury Crate to work like right Alt and it works great. Sorry to take your time.
