Raikiri pro D-pad is double tapping

So i got my raikiri pro on december 3rd and have been using it for light gaming, recently I started getting double taps from the D-pad, have never dropped it or anything so idk what happened to it, it's getting rather annoying so here i am.

could you please specify which key you are referring to as the "D-pad"? 
Please refer to the image below and provide the number of the key with issues. 

Have you update the controller firmware to the latest version? 
Does the issue occur in Bluetooth/wired/wireless connection modes? 
Additionally, refer to the table below for the functionality support in each connection mode. Thank you.
