Armoury crate problém s kalibraci myši po aktualizaci a nejde nastavit DPI

Mám problém. Koupil jsem si novou podložku Moonstone Ace L a nemůžu vůbec nastavit kalibraci myši. Viz video. ( S myší hejbu jak mám, ale ta nereaguje jen na vteřinu se hned během testu , před dvěmi měsíci to šlo, když jsem měl jinou podložku ) teď si koupím drahou podložku a je nepoužitelná, protože jak je sklo bez kalibrace se nedá nastavit. Po smazání aplikace už nemůžu připojit ani sluchátka Rog centra wireless. Fakt už to přestávám dávat. Rog 8 Pro co jsem koupil taky problémy a teď tohle.

based on your question, when you mentioned that after reinstalling Armoury Crate, the headphones cannot connect, are you referring to the fact that

  1. The headphone option does not appear on the Armoury Crate device page? 
  2. Can the headphones be used normally? 
  3. After connecting the headphones, can the Windows system recognize them in the audio devices? 
  4. Does the issue occur when you connect the headphones to other devices? 

To accurately analyze the cause of the problem, we recommend that you provide the Armoury Crate log file. The log file contains detailed information about the software during runtime, which can help us quickly identify the problem. Please make sure that the logs accurately record the occurrence of the issue. The following are the steps to collect the Armoury Crate log file:

After completing the above steps, please upload the collected log files to a cloud storage space and private message us the link. 

Also, please provide us with your product serial number. We will analyze the log files as soon as possible and provide you with further solutions.

 

Additionally, for the issue of the mouse not working properly in manual mode, we also need your assistance in providing the Armoury Crate log. 
Regarding the issue of the Moonstone Ace L mousepad not appearing on the mouse surface calibration page, we are currently verifying with the relevant department, and if there is any update, we will notify you.

after confirmation and internal inquiry, it has been verified that ROG Gladius III does not support the Moonstone Ace L calibration setting, hence it does not appear in the surface calibration as expected.
