Detailed description：
I have a new Laptop purchased last year and I started using lately (very light usage). I Noticed recently that Wifi signal indicator is very low (one dash out of three), although I'm about 3 meters from my router (The router is also less that a year old). Certainly there will be no internet connection if I move 6 or 7 meters away from the router.
Comparing the laptop signal to my other devices such as an iphone and other laptop, I'm sure that there is a problem with my laptop, but not sure whether its a hardware or software issue.

Please kindly check if your BIOS, Windows and Wifi driver are all up to date?
When you are connecting to Wifi, are you using Bluetooth at the same time?
The wifi is 5GHz or 2.4GHz, both not easy to connect?
Have you tried to connect another router with this laptop?

Hello,
I didn't check the drivers yet, isn't that automatically updated?
I don't normally use the Bluetooth while connecting to Wifi.
I tried both, 5GHz and 2.4GHz and both connections have the same issue.
I tried to connect to another network in another location and I faced the same issue.
