May I ask how your system is installed? Is it installed separately by yourself, or do you use the one we provide?

Thanks for your reply! I tried to reinstall operating system using provided MyASUS but i got an error. Thats why I contacted to unauthorized technical support service. And they reinstalled my system. I don't know did they get the distributive.
