Firmware Version: don't know.
Rooted or not: not.
Frequency of Occurrence: few days back.

Is your asus device broken due to faulty firmware and did they asked you to wait till lockdown ends? Or am i the only one here 😂 @sharmadinesh is the twitter username of asus indias business head. come lets go and show some love for having the worst brand.

Firmware has nothing to do with hardware or motherboard damage issues its just a coincidence of new update and motherboard faults at a time and atlast all blame goes to firmware

yeah. u r a genius. but what about soft brick device which become un-usable? *can that happen because of a faulty firmware*. check this forum and all other social platforms and please find howmany users are distredd because of this during this hard time and no response from asus. all they say is to wait until lockdown ends.
