I saw that a new beta version of Android 10 was released. Is it possible to update normally? When the official version is released, will we have to return to Android 9 or will we be able to update by OTA?

There's no "ZenUI" anymore. It's now like pure Android with gimmicks.

Zen UI 6 retains almost all the previous Zen UI features (almost all the major ones)
Some bloatware stuff like zenimoji and all have been removed
Plus the new UI is much smoother (animations) , clean and faster
Zen UI 6 is Asus going in the right direction
Stock+ UI is the way to go

About the bloatware things, could be an option.

Other than this, I use launchers and icon packs anyway.

12. and 14. is actually not fixed. The Taiwan download center didn't say it is fixed, and I can confirm that it is indeed not fixed.
The English version seems to have some errors, as moderators from Taiwanese forum closed a post with update information translated to Chinese.

Sorry, we don't have information about the futher upgrade plan for ZE620KL. You may update the Android 10 developer version V17.0615.2003.22 manually.
