Android 10 downgrade to pie

Hi guys i updated my rog phone 2 to android 10 and now wanted to downgrade to pie due to its not worthy to download and updated. Please help

WhatsApp and Viber you back up within app settings. Go to WhatsApp settings and look for backup.

The only reason I'm still using iOS is 2 reason
Camera together with good security.
Most of the time i use android phone for browsing and gaming
