last.sorrowsYou are right this ,Taiwanese company does not care about his customers.Their service (both software and repair)is too bad.Now iam feeling sad on my decission of buying this laggy beast.??I concur for most stated issues. I'm still facing lags with this supposely "game changer" phone. Ironically, my Zenfone 3 stock apps feel better than ROG Phone 2's.
To add on how shaddy this company is. Just to share. I've left a negative review, with no offensive language used, at their official webstore page months ago. The same webstore page I used to pre-order this "gem". That submitted review is never published. Instead, they choose to publish "positive reviews" from reviewer that claims how much he/she wanted this phone. Obviously, this reviewer did not own the phone upon writting the review.

sagarreddysagYet my device is not updated,its still on A9 n iam afraid of disaster which will happen after updating to A10.??I agreed after the update when scrolling down the chrome the phone hangs and again to make it work we have to scroll down the scroll down menu.
Hope u guys can help me with this

It can be an app issue too
Did you update Chrome to the latest version?
