Cannot hear calls

While playing call of duty,if i get a call I'm not able to hear what other person is speaking(its dead silent) ...once i get out of the game it works fine(i mean i can hear and respond as well)

I tried with 3 different sets 1.Asus earphones provided in box -cant hear anything

2.realme buds 2- cant hear anything

3.sony headset- can hear and respond

All these have mics....even if they dontt i should be able to atleast hear when in answer the call...so problem is definitely with software

Anybody else facing the issue? @Anders_ASUS @CH_ASUS
