Software Update (HELP)

Checking my phone it says my Software is at 1908 but checking the Asus website shows there's one for 1910
but whenever I check for updates it says "My Phone is Uptodate"
So I download the file off the website and place in, internal storage section and restarted the phone but it still hasn't popped up saying there's an Update after restart and I don't see any other way of Manually updating it.
Can I receive some help or advice ?

Link I bought the phone, saw in the post you said somebody did a safety net check so I did mines and it failed in CTS Profile Match but success in the other, I'm not really a phone tech guy, so basically I would need help to figure out how to do that update on my own.

Asus does not support "Tencent's ROG 2 WW firmware", so please read the relevant process carefully before deciding to update manually. The wrong steps may cause the phone to be abnormal or even damaged. Unlocking the bootloader will cause the phone to lose its warranty.

As I said I'm not a tech person so I won't know about all these things I was planning on buying another phone but after doing another double check i saw it said GSM Only and basically that's what I only look for because of our carrier down here.

If possible, contact Amazon to return the phone. It is recommended that you buy an international version with a warranty.

And that's another situation I'm in the Caribbean I bought the phone and sent it to a friend in Canada because he was coming back home for the Holidays and sadly I have no other device to use.
Kinda in a spot with this one

Man I know how that feels like. I felt it before but looks like you really have to try it out by following some guides on the forums...step by step...
