When i restarted my phone , My home scree shows this message and its stuck there forever?

I have access to settings , but my google keyboard is not opening , it seems that none of the apps are starting?
why is this happening? I still can access settings form notification panel , how do i get my phone to working again?

Are you interested in hard resetting your phone? There you would have a solution for sure that's why.

i tried force resetting , dint work , is hard resetting the same thing? how to hard reset?

Press and hold the power button and volume up bottom at the same time after you switch off your device
I have tried it on other phones but not in this, but try doing it.

there is RECOVERY MODE,RESTART BOOT LOADER ,these two options which should i select

i was trying to use Twin apps ,suddenly my phone went to restart , since then its the same , phone is running android 10 , updated 20 days back , had no problem until today !
