Disabled apps re enabled automatically

i have disabled 4 google apps (chrome, duo, youtube, photos), i dont know how but these apps are re enabled every MORNING on their own. when i woke up and check my phone there is a notification that these 4 apps automatically enabled. im frustrated on how many bugs this phone has .
edit: just found out that oneplus 7 pro also has this issue.

It just disables the apps overall doesn't have any side effect or doesn't hamper day to day tasks
