FunBike31A factory reset is your last resort before you return it for service. It does sound like a hardware issue if a factory reset doesn't fix it, especially since you see it using open camera as wellNo similar case seen, neither in color nor in 180° rotation
Some cases of 90° rotation with non-auto config and without forcing the rotation manually
With the symptom of the click, I lean towards a hardware failure
