ARP_ASUSThe issue is still happening in the new version. @ARP_ASUSHi Bitman007dotcom,
A new update is coming in few days, it should fix this. If the issue is too frequent, I would suggest you to downgrade in the meanwhile.

Please get it fixed, we can't force reboot our phones few times a day, it's frustrating.
Looking forward for your response,
Thank you

ToM.MI don't think its something they can actually fix because it's not a firmware bug, it's a bug that happens when you upgrade your phone. A clean install will fix it. I had it back in A11 and after clean installing the phone it was gone.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/220258#Comment_220258

Solution 1. Get Rid of the Android System Issue.
Solution 2. Check and Clean Your Android Phone.
Solution 3. Try to Recharge Your Phone.
Solution 4. Remove the Phone's Battery.
Solution 5. Force Restart Your Android Phone

I have updated my phone and then used "factory reset".
