Number of letters - Not displayed.

In mail clients Gmail, Mail.ru, Yandex mail, Spark. The number of letters on the icons of these applications is not displayed!
Firmware - ZenFone 8_WW/EU/RU_31.1010.0411.89
App versions are up to date!

It's an internal bug rapport to R&D, not to the public.
They advise to try the following if you haven't tried it yet:
1. Long-press on the home screen.
2. Choose Preferences.
3. Press Home screen
4. Press App Icon Badges >> Show notification number
