Mine did that at one point but eventually stopped. Used to get 5G at my house, now there's nothing. But I'm glad yours are working at least. (USA/T-Mobile)

VoLTE works just fine with Android 12 OTA update.
Make sure that the WIFI calling option is disabled though.
