I have the same problem regarding low framerates asus ROG phone 5
Keep the console in the background, launch a game, while it is running, quickly bring the console to the foreground and tell us what you read in MHZ in CPU :)
See what it is going on ? Powerfull phone like a frame drop why?
They do it on purpose to prevent your phone from dying but that makes your phone performance become like SD 730g

Can you explain this whats going on here? 5s pro series throttle good but the Rog5 firmware like bug they are not throttle in any mode select.
What do you mean not throttle? If not throttle then that's mean it's performance smooth
Not throttle only .If they get constant fps mean system full powered they get only half performance and in dynamic features or advance hardcore profile x mode performance in same speed .if you know what I say?

Rog 5s pro already has newer a12 firmware than rog 5 so just wait for the next update for rog 5, maybe they will fix it
The problem start up with June 2021 .almost 10 month finish .Still they are developer team fix this issue .I'm also excited for the next update fix this issue .They noted feedback in March 2022.when they update it will be come ?
From june 2021 you already suffer that? My phone start to throttle and all profile has same performance since a12 update
I am sure new update will come soon because they already released it for rog 5s but I am not sure it will fix your problem because your problem happened before updated to a12

I already readed you are grinding the same flour.My question for that why all Rog5 not affected this updates. My friend Rog5 .83 update cannot get new update.he replace motherboard one time. No lag performance is good .cpu throttle at 2.38hz to 2.84 ghz stable .You try to make otherfool.
I readed all .You try to make others fool.Because my friend Rog5 cpu stable at 2.38ghz to 2.84 ghz.He play like a Butter game play.My question was before update or motherboard change before the phone working fine .why after update the phone came upto many problems
