APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): ideal phone simply draining and normal 60hz refresh rate.Normal day to day usage

Here is my battery usage after a normal usage day.
Before the update, I've had half of this amount drained also with twice using my phone.. No I'm just afraid to use it like before since the battery would be drained so so faster..help please!
