My headphones mic is not working on rog phone 5, i think it is software related issue. Kindly resolve asap.

I am facing this issue from last one month in wired headphones, mic is not working anywhere. Can't play games, make calls. This is very annoying.
Bro, is there any solution, should i hard reset or wait for next update or go to service center ?

Run an SMMI Test to check if anything to do with the hardware:
 How to Enter SMMI_TEST (test hardware)
Go to Calculator=>type " .12345+= "
you will be entered to SMMI_TEST
Factory reset your phone once, also check for the software version if that is the latest. 
If nothing works, Kindly visit the nearest service center:

Already reset my phone, no solution. In SMMI test headphones mic test fails, and i am on latest software version. Kindly report this issue to your software development team and provide patch for this issue.
