Bluetooth Automatically turns on after restarting the phone

Is anyone experiencing this? When you restart your phone Bluetooth automatically turns on?

Can you please record with another device where you show that you've inactivated bluetooth, you restart your phone and then show that bluetooth is active again?

Even i have seen this issue but it doesn't happen frequently. I started recording and i think Rog 5 is smart that it understood i am recording 😂
