Um not for me
The latest firmware is very stable for me in terms of performance,ui fluidity and battery optimisation
To be honest I never really had any major issue in any of the firmwares (Oreo to A10) I remember just one about an issue with the bluetooth connection which was patched pretty quick
And the phone 2.5yrs+ old now,fair to say phone support will soon be EOL
